4th of July 2008

Family tradition.... 4th of July at the Beach.
We had fun over the holiday. Madelynn gets so excited when we tell her that we are going to the beach. Hunter is growing so much. Every month I look back at pictures and I'm amazed at how far he's come. We call him our serious baby because sometimes it's hard to get a smile out of him. He seems to be processing the world around him. Or maybe he's mad at me for putting the crab hat on him. :)

Surf's Up!

Summer Days 2008

Pacific City, Oregon.
Summer fun at the beach! One of our favorite places to go in the summer is Tony's parents beach house. We all enjoy coming here as a family.
Hunter likes being outside and putting his feet in the sand. Madelynn absolutely loves playing in the sand and the water (only her feet). Tony and I have so many great memories of the beach over the years. We are so happy the kids like going to the beach and where many more memories will be made.

Happy Mother's Day 2008

Hunter is now 3 months old and has grown a lot. He is rolling over and holding his head up very well. It won't be long before he starts to crawl. Madelynn is wonderful with him. It's nice to see them begin to play together.

Happy 2nd Birthday! April 16th 2008

I can't believe my little baby girl is 2 years old. How did that happen? Madelynn is very into Dora the Explorer right now. She had a Dora birthday party and had a few friends over, along with family. Of coarse she loved cake and presents, but I think she liked the company more. Playing with friends and family at our house just made her day. Thank you to every one who sent gifts in the mail and to those of you who were able to come to our house and celebrate at her party. We love and thank you all!

Me and Dad

Hunter is 2 weeks old.

Grandma Beth

I love my Grandma!

BIG Sister Madelynn

Madelynn is so excited to be a big sister! She loves her brother so much. Mommy's little helper... Madelynn likes to help feed her brother, gets a diaper, helps with bath time, and even likes to sing to Hunter; "Baby mine don't you cry...."
She is very gentle with Hunter and seems very concerned if he starts to cry. She'll get me a blanket or try to rub his back to calm him down. Madelynn is so genuine and kind.

Welcome Home Hunter!

Tony and Mindy are so happy to announce the home coming of their little miracle, Hunter Anthony. Born on February 11th 2008. Weighing 5lbs, 18inches. I rough start in life, Hunter was in the hospital for 10 days before we could take him home. This was a tough time for our entire family. Tony and I got a lot of support from Family and Friends.
A special thank you to my mom, Beth. She took time off from work to help watch Madelynn, grocery shopped for us, made us dinner, and was so supportive to me. I love you mom.
And another special thank you to my friend Tiffany. Even though she lives in Kansas, she was always their for me. Even a simple text message on my phone, just telling me that she is thinking of us made me feel better. Tiffany you truly are my best friend.
The day we took Hunter home Madelynn finally got to meet her new baby brother. She was in love the moment she saw him and can not take her eyes off him. I know she'll make a great big sister.
